We may collect device and usage information such as device identifiers, app runtime, operating system, browser type, diagnostics, crash information, log data, approximate location derived from network information, and interactions with app features.

If you use Google sign-in, we receive information Google makes available to us, such as your email address, profile name, profile image, and Google account identifier.

DriftNest uses prompts, preferences, selected scenarios, selected voices, and related app settings to generate roleplay scripts, spatial audio sessions, ASMR-inspired comfort content, and related output. We may process this information through internal systems and third-party service providers that help provide AI, voice, audio, storage, analytics, and infrastructure services.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, secrets, financial information, health information, or content you do not have the right to use.

We use information to provide, maintain, personalize, and improve DriftNest; generate requested content; authenticate users; manage credits, subscriptions, referrals, and billing-related workflows; prevent abuse; troubleshoot issues; analyze app performance; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate DriftNest, including hosting, database, authentication, analytics, payments, storage, AI generation, voice generation, and audio-processing providers.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect users and the service, to investigate abuse or security issues, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Payments, subscriptions, and billing workflows may be handled by third-party payment providers or app store billing systems. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

DriftNest may use analytics and advertising-related services to understand usage, measure performance, reward ad views, prevent abuse, and improve the app. These services may collect device, usage, and advertising-related identifiers subject to your device settings and applicable law.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide DriftNest, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and operate secure backups. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and how it is used.

You may be able to access, update, or delete certain information in the app. You can also control some permissions and identifiers through your browser, device, Google account, or app store settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security.

DriftNest is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws than your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required.
