DriftNest provides AI-assisted immersive audio role play, including prompts, scripts, voices, spatial audio sessions, personalization, library features, and related tools. You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you submit.

You may need an account, device session, or third-party sign-in to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account or device session.

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as prompts, preferences, and uploaded files. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and protect DriftNest.

You must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, infringing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or otherwise violates applicable law or these Terms.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use generated content.

DriftNest is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Some features may require credits, subscriptions, rewarded ads, or payment. Prices, features, limits, and availability may change. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or app store billing systems.

Refunds and cancellations may be subject to the rules of the payment provider or app store used for purchase.

You agree not to misuse DriftNest, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape excessive data, upload malware, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

DriftNest, including its software, design, branding, and service content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of DriftNest or its underlying technology.

DriftNest may integrate with third-party services for authentication, hosting, payments, analytics, advertising, storage, AI generation, voice generation, and other app functions. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for DriftNest or others, or used the service unlawfully.

DriftNest is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required.
